Items must be returned with 14 days of receipt in an unused condition.

The Solar Buddie must be returned in the same condition as when delivered unless faulty.

If your Solar Buddie is faulty on receipt please return in original packaging including a copy of your original invoice in order to receive a replacement or full refund.

All replacements will be issued within 7 days of returned item being received.

The customer is liable for return postage costs.

What is classed as a faulty product?

Your product is classed as faulty if the sponge part of your applicator comes away from the housing unit in full.

WE DO NOT REPLACE PRODUCTS WHERE THE SPONGE IS BREAKING AWAY DUE TO WEAR AND TEAR IF OUTSIDE OF THE 14 DAY RETURNS PERIOD. (If the product is used as directed http://imagineear.com/pharmacy/ without excessive force your sponge should last up to 3months but can last longer if looked after.)

REFUNDS

In the event where a custmomer wishes to request a refund they must return their complete order within 14 days of receipt. If you haven’t yet recieved your order but are requesting a refund, we will chase up when it was posted and give you all the relevant information. Our delivery times are esitmated only and when they have left our warehouse we are not liable for the time it takes Royal Mail to deliver your parecl. We cannot issue a refund until we have received your order. Once the order has been delivered to us a refund will be issued within 5 working days.
